Thoroughly intrigued and can’t wait to hear more!

I just stumbled upon your podcast yesterday and listened to your most recent episode on black and white thinking and I’ve since listened to it 3 more times. It almost made me cry because I’ve long been trying to understand why my wife has these big, over-the-top reactions to things and why I feel like she never sees things from my side. I have thought about her thinking as being very black and white before. I feel like I understand her better now and I know that this is coming from trauma that she’s experienced in her life. And I feel like I might be able to help her realize when she’s thinking in this way and help her to approach things more logically. 🤯
